Materials We Use:
Titanium - Titanium is not a rare element, its the 9th most common element, accounting for 0.6 % of the earth's crust. The name titanium comes from the Titans of Greek mythology, known for their superior strength. It is a silvery white non ferrous metal with the highest strength to weight ratio of any known element, 85% of the structural components in the Space Shuttle are made of titanium. Titanium does not react to salt, water, sunlight or any body chemistry, has a diminished potential for causing an allergic reaction and is corrosion resistant. Titanium has become more popular for jewelry in recent years. Titanium cannot be repaired or soldered. We offer milled titanium custom abutments as well as milled titanium full contour crowns and frame work.
CAP Full Contour Zirconia - CAP Zirconia is the most aesthetic full contour zirconia available. We mill your restoration and perform a multi-color shading process that dramatically enhances the aesthetics. We then sinter, stain, and glaze the restoration. CAP Full Contour Zirconia provides the following benefits: 1100 Mpa flexural strength, the strongest all ceramic crown available, available in 16 Vita shades and five modifier shades, great alternative to Full Gold Crowns, PFG’s and pressed ceramics, CAP FZ is from German engineered zirconia, CAP FZ is isostatically pressed, the optimal manufacturing process for strength.
IPS e.max - A lithium disilicate glass ceramic that has optimized translucency, durability and strength for full anatomical restorations. IPS e.max lithium disilicate restorations offer superior durability featuring 360-400 MPa of flexural strength. When fabricated to full-contour, the monolithic structure provides one of the most robust ceramic system tested to date. The opalescence, translucency and light diffusion properties of lithium disilicate were all designed to replicate natural tooth structure for beauty and inconspicuous restorations.
Porcelain Fused to Metal - We also offer the porcelain fused to non-precious, semi-precious, high noble, and gold crowns/bridges that you know and love.
